The Patients dashboard lets therapists quickly find patients in their directory, preview essentials, and jump into the full profile when needed.


How it’s organized

  • A search field filters as you type.
  • Optional filters appear based on role context.
  • A table lists matching patients with key columns and row actions.

Search Finds patients by name or identifier; updates as you type
Role/Owner filter Shows patients in the current therapist context

Columns (typical)

Column Description
Name Patient full name
Owner/Service line Assigned therapist or service line
Last consultation Date of last visit (N/A if none)
Status Active • Inactive

Actions (row menu)

  • Open profile
  • View overview

Empty state: “No patients found” — “There are no patients matching your search.”


Tips

  • Use search to narrow down large directories.
  • Sort by Last consultation to prioritize recent or overdue visits (if available in your deployment).
