Organization Settings

Manage your organization’s public profile and branding. Update the organization name and logo so they appear consistently across dashboards, apps, invitations, and notifications.


What you can do

  • Upload, change, or remove the organization logo
  • Update the organization name

Notes:

  • Only administrators can edit organization settings.

Accessing Organization

Open Settings → Organization. The Organization area contains the sections below.


Profile

The profile page is split into two parts: Logo and Basic Information.

  • Current logo is shown at the top of the page. If none is set, a placeholder is shown.
  • Actions:
  • Click the image to open picture options.
  • Upload: select an image from your device.
  • Remove: delete the current logo and revert to the placeholder.
  • Result:
  • After upload or delete, the logo refreshes automatically.

Recommended: Use a square image (PNG or JPG) with a transparent background when possible.

Basic Information

  • Fields:
  • Organization Name
  • Validation: Organization Name is required.
  • Action button: Update Basic Information.
  • Result: A success banner confirms “Basic information updated successfully”.

What happens on save:

  • The name is updated for all users in your organization.
  • Some attributes like Country and Size may be displayed as read‑only; contact support if these require changes.

Tips & troubleshooting

  • Logo doesn’t update right away: refresh the page or clear your browser cache if you still see the old image.
  • Can’t edit fields: you might not have administrator permissions.
