Notes: - Assistants operate within the scope of their assignment: either organization‑wide or a set of specific therapists. See Members. - Psychiatrist and Psychologist have identical permissions in the current version.
Administrator
- Creates the organization and manages the subscription.
- Full control over team management on the Members page.
- Can assign assistants to the entire organization or to specific therapists.
Therapists (Psychiatrist / Psychologist)
- Manage their own patients.
- Use Basic or Full patient intake for their patients. See Patient Intake Methods.
- Create and manage their calendar events.
Assistant
- Assigned to the entire organization or to specific active therapists.
- Can perform Basic patient intake for their assigned therapists.
- Can create calendar events on behalf of assigned therapists (within scope).
- If an assistant also has a therapist role, they can use Full intake for their own patients and Basic for other therapists they support.
FAQs
• Can assistants edit patient records? Within their assigned scope and subject to clinic policy. Their access is intended to support the therapist’s workflow.
• Can I change a user’s roles after invitation? Not directly in the app. Contact support. See Members and User Roles & Permissions.
• Do psychiatrists and psychologists differ? Not at this time; they share the same capabilities.
